Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Tokenization (the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit tokenizingrwas.info, follow its source links, or interact with an AI Tokenization integration that uses the X API.

The Site is an evidence-first educational research publication. It does not currently offer public user accounts, brokerage services, investment execution, or a public “Sign in with X” feature.

Information we handle

Information generated when you visit

Our hosting and content-delivery providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as an IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referring page, approximate location derived from an IP address, timestamps, and security or error logs.

Preferences stored on your device

The Site stores your light-or-dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. That preference stays on your device until you clear browser storage. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral-analytics cookies.

Information from public research sources

The Site indexes and discusses information from public sources, including filings, issuer materials, blockchain records, market-data providers, videos, transcripts, news, and social-media posts. Public X information may include handles, display names, profile information, posts, timestamps, engagement information, and source links.

X authorization information

The current X integration is intended for the Site operator’s research workflow. We do not ask for or store an X password. When the operator authorizes the integration, X supplies temporary authorization credentials to local research tooling. Those credentials are used to make permitted X API requests and are not intentionally published on the Site.

How we use information

We use information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
  • remember your display preference;
  • research tokenization markets and maintain source-linked evidence;
  • retrieve, evaluate, summarize, and link to public X content in accordance with applicable X developer terms;
  • detect misuse, protect our systems, and comply with legal obligations; and
  • respond to privacy, correction, or source-attribution requests.
No sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information or use visitor information for targeted advertising.

Service providers and external sites

We rely on service providers such as Vercel for hosting, content delivery, reliability, and security. These providers process technical information under their own terms and privacy notices. You can review Vercel’s Privacy Policy.

The Site links to or loads materials from independent services, including X, YouTube, issuers, regulators, blockchain explorers, and market-data providers. When you follow an external link—or when your browser requests an externally hosted image—those services may receive technical information about the request and apply their own policies.

Use of X content and X authorization is also governed by the X Terms of Service and X Privacy Policy.

Retention and security

Theme preferences remain in your browser until you clear them. Hosting and security logs are retained according to our provider settings and operational needs. Public research records may be retained to preserve source history, editorial accountability, and dated evidence, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted credential storage and encrypted connections. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, API keys, wallet seed phrases, or other sensitive credentials through the Site or social media.

Your choices and requests

You can clear the Site’s theme preference through your browser settings. You may also ask us to correct an attribution, review a privacy concern, or remove personal information where required by applicable law or platform policy.

If a public X authorization feature is introduced later, we will provide appropriate notice and consent controls before using an authorization to act on a person’s behalf. Authorization alone will not be treated as consent to publish, follow, like, repost, message, or take another account action.

Children and international visitors

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the issue.

The Site and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection rules from where you live.

Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Site, its X integration, or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted when reasonably appropriate.
